Brain controls the body, science has made many test on it as brain has physical shape , but mind has no form hence science has vey less idea on it. This books clearly makes the reader understand that mind is the one who governs every human being always. Mind is the reason behind all the consequences on one life including his joys and sorrows.

In  chapter 10 readers will learn the important aspect of human inner personality, the root of all the frustrations of a human being lies in his lack of personality.
In chapter 11 author will reveal how due to complexes which are nothing but creation of brain, have never let man to live his life to the fullest.
In chapter 12 readers will come to know how by reducing involvement one can reduce sorrows. Here in his chapter, the author has guided the reader to stop making unnecessary choices, because once the choice is made , one day you will surely develop a sense of possession for that particular thing. That sense of possession will lead to involvement and only in absence of involvement one will be free of all unnecessary sorrow arising out of it
In chapter 13 the author shows expectations are the root cause of a majority of sorrow in life and by showing a keen interest in bringing  about a change in yourself and abandoning the desire to bring a change in others will able to get rid of them.
In chapter 14 and 15 is important chapter focusing on the keys to success, and differentiating between Brilliant and Intelligent.
In chapter 16 author explains a very important word " Creativity", he says " Every human being invariably possesses talent in at least one field and persistent honing of this talent is the only way to achieve great success". This chapter purely focusses on role creativity in one life.
In chapter 17 readers will understand the secret of concentration and the calculations of energy.
Chapter 18 and 19 will show the path to curtail your ambitions and how to generate self confidence.
